Mark Hamill left Belfast 14 years ago to attend University in England, after graduating he spent 9 years living and working in Dubai.

While in Dubai Mark and his business partner established ARCET Global, the company helps organisations do better business through learning, recognition and building business communities.

The team at ARCET have an extensive history running awards programmes and now have operations in Dubai, Central Europe and the USA.

Recently Mark chose Belfast as the base for ARCET’s UK operations and they are now employing four people in their office overlooking Belfast City Hall.
