Northern Irish Connections - Event Toolkit
Our events have a purpose to connect the world-wide community of Northern Irish abroad and friends around the globe, to unlock their talent and influence to advance the economic prosperity of Northern Ireland. We have developed the event toolkit to ensure that all events have a consistent brand identity and that attendees get a common experience.
We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible to deliver events by providing a presentation, artwork and logos. Use them across the board to brand venues, inform attendees and help them to Be Part of it!
NI Connections - Brand Guidelines
Our Brand Guidelines provide succinct yet comprehensive guidance on creating materials in line with the NI Connections brand. They look at how our logo can and can’t be used, tone of voice, colour palettes, typography and photography.
NI Connections - Logo
The NI Connections Logo is available in:
- Colour
- Black on white
- White on a transparent background
The logo can downloaded in both Jpeg and EPS format. EPS files can only be opened if you have design software and are used for high resolution printing. If you are asked to share a copy of the NI Connections logo it is advisable to share both the Jpeg and EPS file. Guidance on how the logo can and can’t be used is available in the Brand Guidelines.
NI Connections - Pull Up Stands
There are two types of NI Connections stand:
- Be Part of It - This stand can be used at any event which is open to a general audience
- Inspirational Ambassador's - This stand should be used at more targeted events for example a Manufacturing Sector round table event
NI Connections Postcards
The NI Connections Postcards provide a high level overview about NI Connections and promote the website and social media channels. Postcards can be distributed at any event.
There are four postcard designs available:
- Titanic Belfast
- Giants Causeway
- Victoria Square Dome
- Be Part of it
NI Connections - Nomination Card
The NI Connections Nomination Card is only be used at events where NI Connections or Invest NI has a role. The nomination card asks attendees to nominate people in their own networks who NI Connections should connect with.
At the end of events completed Nomination cards should be collected by NI Connections or Invest NI staff in attendance at the event and shared with the NI Connections Team in HQ.
NI Connections - Powerpoint Presentation
A presentation introducing NI Connections has been prepared for you to use at events. The presentation includes speaking notes and some blank slides you can use to tailor the presentation to highlight the diaspora activity which has taken place in your region.
NI Connections - Event Invites and Online Registration
The NI Connections Team can assist with the design of invites for events and setting up online registration in CRM.
A minimum of four weeks’ notice is required.
